Resilia Solutions is a project of Marcelline Bonneau. I am a process-oriented experimenter, social scientist by background and professional experience, combined with a focus on public policies, stakeholder interactions and transition processes.
After a career as consultant for European institutions, evaluating public policies and programmes, conducting impact assessments as well as other studies and providing various forms of technical assistance, I decided to contribute to reinforcing the link between institutions, street-level actors and citizens, making a bridge between local, regional, federal/national and European levels.
I am half French and half Polish, and I have studied and worked in and on European environment. As such I am used to and looking for working in international and multidisciplinary teams. I speak French, English, Polish and Russian.
I am an URBACT Thematic Programme Expert, a validated URBACT Lead expert with expertise on Research, Innovation and Knowledge Economy, environmental issues and sustainable food – Lead Expert of the URBACT GreenPlace network; I am an EUI-IA Expert for the European Metropole of Lille; I was an UIA expert for the cities of Antwerp and Lille; a DG REGIO AMI Expert on Social Innovation and Entrepreneurship, Circular economy and resource efficiency, and Institutional capacity; as well as H2020 Evaluator and UrbanA Fellow. I am also a member of the RABAD (the Brussels’ Network of Sustainable Food Stakeholders) and Ambassador for the Just Keep It Challenge.
